Terms and Conditions
This document contains the General Terms and Conditions governing the contract which will bind you to Kiiks ja Knihv (Kiiksupood OÜ, registry code: 16891863, Rüütli 7, 51007 Tartu, Estonia). When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. By placing an order on this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right at any time, for any reason, and with immediate effect to change the information, prices, specifications, descriptions of products, delivery services on this website, the right to review and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you will be bound by the terms in force at the time when you place the order.
Prices and payments
All prices are in euros. Prices displayed are tax-inclusive and exclusive additional costs. Please note that customs, duties and additional taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Payments can be made via Paypal, with a credit card or via Montonio system. Please note that payments through Montonio will be always in euros. When you want to pay with your Bank Account send us an e-mail at eva@kiiksjaknihv.ee and we’ll send you an invoice.
Package
We always try to recycle and use environmentally friendly packaging.
Shipping / Delivery
We deliver worldwide with Omniva Ltd or Itella SmartPOST Ltd. Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the online store. Items are sent within 2-3 working days from order placement and after we have received the payment. We`ll let you know when we post the pack. Deliveries inside Estonia will take between 2-3 working days. Worldwide delivery will take between 7-18 working days. Kiiks ja Knihv will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure. Please keep this in mind if purchasing an item as a gift. Shipping prices
Shipping costs are calculated depending on the orders destination geographic region. Our shipping rates by regions:
- Estonia with Itella Smarpost: € 3.00
- Estonia with Omniva: € 4.38
- Latvia with Omniva: € 7.00
- Lithuania with Omniva: € 10.00
- Finland with Itella Smarpost: € 13.00
- Region 1: from € 15.00 (Northern America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand)
- Region 2: from € 20.00 (Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, South America, Central America, Melanesia, Micronesia, Polynesia)
Return policy / Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your product, please let us know and we will work something out. For example if an item is not up to the expected quality, it can be returned within 14 days for a refund. We need an explanation and pictures to describe the imperfections. As soon as we have received the item back, we will return the cost of the item. Or if you like to exchange it for a new item, it will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may only return products which are in the same condition as they were when you received these. Kiiks ja Knihv will not make any refund nor accept the return of any products if the item has been used, is not labeled or has undergone some damage, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until you process its return.
Law
Personal details of the customers are confidential and will not be discussed with third parties. This contract is subject to Estonian law.

We welcome wholesale orders from shops, so please contact us for prices and further info eva@kiiksjaknihv.ee.
